This Kit contains new eyes, 2 bottom skirts, 2 top skirt and a final wrap band.  Just clean off the mylar skirt with any adhesive remover and let dry.  Apply the bottom skirts, then the top cut to desired length and do the final wrap.  All pieces have adhesive already on them.
